Introduction to Entrepreneurship Course

Rhombus Learning collaborated with PBS North Carolina and faculty at UNC-Chapel Hill to redesign the Introduction to Entrepreneurship course—one of the university’s largest courses, with over 400 students enrolled at a time—into a dynamic blended learning experience. Working closely with faculty, Ruth identified the key topics that would benefit most from supplemental online instruction and supported the team in scripting clear, engaging content tailored to a diverse student audience.

The result was a series of 29 interactive online sessions built in Articulate Rise, each designed to reinforce core concepts through a rich blend of media and instructional strategies. The sessions feature green screen videos, on-location field shoots, polls, knowledge checks, infographics, curated resource links, music, and both Rise and Storyline-based interactives. This multimedia approach not only enhances student engagement but also ensures a consistent and scalable learning experience for a high-enrollment course.
