In partnership with WDHB, Rhombus Learning designed and developed immersive, storytelling-driven leadership development programs for Meta and other global clients. These programs integrate narrative frameworks rooted in historical events with real-world scenarios and reflective learning activities to cultivate authentic leadership, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence.
At the onset of the pandemic, Ruth played a key role in transitioning WDHB’s traditionally in-person experiences to fully virtual formats—without compromising engagement or impact.
Contributions included end-to-end scripting, run-of-show development, audiovisual support, facilitator guides, presentation design, and media production. The result: powerful, flexible learning experiences that resonate with modern leaders and deliver consistently across both virtual and in-person environments.
