In 2024, the IR-4 Project engaged Rhombus Learning to produce a series of instructional videos aimed at educating stakeholders on key processes related to agricultural research and regulatory support. The video topics include: Submitting a Project Clearance Request, Nominating Projects for the Food Use Workshop, The Food Use Workshop Process, and The IR-4 Priority Upgrade Proposal. Each video clarifies complex procedures and promotes consistency in how stakeholders engage with the IR-4 Project’s workflows.
Working closely with subject matter experts, we scripted and produced engaging, easy-to-follow videos that feature a blend of visual aids, voiceover narration, and clear step-by-step guidance. The first video alone received an enthusiastic response, with IR-4 sharing the following feedback:
“Thanks again for the great work on the first video! We’ve already gotten some excellent feedback from Regional Field Coordinators that stakeholders are using the video and finding it helpful in submitting requests! They all plan to share the video widely and are excited about what’s to come.”
This strong early response validated the project’s impact and set the tone for continued collaboration, ultimately contributing to more informed and empowered stakeholder participation across IR-4’s nationwide network.
